The sequence remains: pWPS → procedure test weld → record actual parameters → NDT/DT → evaluation → WPQR → issue the production WPS. The generator supports document preparation, but a WPQR becomes valid only through the real qualification test, test reports and approval by the competent examiner or examining body.

- separate ISO 4063 process segments with their own consumable, gas, polarity, transfer mode, CTWD, tungsten or flux

- specified WPS minimum/maximum ranges and separate actual WPQR values with conformity checking and heat-input calculation
- WPQR test piece, heat numbers and 3.1 certificates, instruments, calibration, batches, actual temperatures and run records
- dynamic NDT/DT plan, detailed measured values and a conservative qualification matrix requiring competent confirmation
A generated WPQR is a working draft. It does not replace the actual procedure test weld, examination reports, current standards, approval by an examining body or decisions by competent welding coordination personnel.
